Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Welcome to Fireside. These terms cover your use of the Fireside website and waitlist at firesidemail.com. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Fireside email service isn’t available yet; when it launches, it will have its own additional terms.
The short version
- This site lets you learn about Fireside and join the waitlist.
- Joining the waitlist is a request for an invite — not a guarantee of access or a timeline.
- Use the site fairly, and don’t try to break or abuse it.
- While we’re building, the site is provided as-is.
Using the site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — reading about Fireside and joining the waitlist. Please don’t:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- scrape, copy, or reuse the site’s content or branding without our permission;
- use the waitlist form to submit anyone’s information but your own, or to send spam or unlawful content.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist tells us you’re interested in Fireside. It doesn’t create an account, guarantee that you’ll receive an invitation, or promise any particular timing or features. We’re still building, so our plans may change.
Intellectual property
The Fireside name, logo, design, and the content on this site belong to us (or our licensors). Joining the waitlist doesn’t give you any rights to them.
No warranty
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fireside won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Changes
We may update the site, the waitlist, or these terms as Fireside develops. If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll revise the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Fireside operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
